The Story Behind the Photograph

I always wanted to visit machu picchu and in February of the current year it became a reality. For the summer holidays we made a trip with my cousin and a friend to Perú and Bolivia for a month, one of the destinations was to go up to Machu picchu, this was the most exhausting experience I had because we had to walk three hours under the rain and then climb 1700 steps to reach the entrance of machu picchu and finally 100 steps to reach the top of the mountain, after that we climbed a higher mountain than Machu picchu called Wayna picchu which has a height of 2667 meters above sea level. Despite all the physical effort that involved the climbing, it was a unique and wonderful experience where we could see all the beauty of the natural landscape and the history that there is in that place, it is a wonderful experience and I fully recommend going to Machu Picchu.
