The grape leaves are an arab food that are made mainly of rice, meat and grape leaves, this preparation takes time and requires a lot of technique for it remain well armed, first the rice is mixed with the meat (it can be with ground meat or mince) and then put an open grape leaf ready to be filled with the mixture of meat and rice, the grape leaves have to be fresh and tender (young leaves), these when they are stuffed have to be closed in a particular way so they do not open when they are cooked.  I have never prepared grape leaves 100%, but I have helped my mother when she makes them.
